The Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), requires that higher education institutions participating in federal student aid programs disclose information to current and prospective students. Columbia Southern University (CSU) provides information to include general institutional information, financial assistance, health and safety, and student outcomes.
